This International hospitality company is presently rolling out a multi-year training program in its Americas operations.  Their goal is to improve efficiencies at its various hotels, in addition to giving its leaders the skills they need to help the company continue to succeed.

XL Communications is working with their Global Learning and Implementation team to develop a Communications Toolkit.  Each hotel will access the Toolkit before they begin their program launch - to ensure consistent messaging throughout the entire process.

We are also helping their team develop an internal website to provide employees with more information about this exciting initiative.
