This International Bank has made diversity and inclusion an integral part of its vision, a determinant for their social conduct and a business imperative. Their achievements to date and their growth – a global operation spanning 85 countries on five continents – would simply not be possible without its employees and partners from more than 100 different nationalities.

To showcase their annual achievements supporting diversity and inclusion, XL was asked to help them create an annual diversity report.  It highlights several activities sponsored by their Diversity Council in conjunction with their Business Networking Groups.

XL developed the content and created an eye catching design that showcased employees from their various events and blended it with iconic imagery from around the world. The report will be issued to all US employees and shared with their recruiting team to support the hiring process.
