A major children's retailer was making significant changes to their "safe harbor" programs – which had to be communicated within three weeks.

The Challenges:

  • They had just changed to a new benefits administrator
  • They launched a new enrollment website.
  • They needed a new look and feel for everything

XL responded by developing and implementing a communications strategy and created new branding for all of their HR communications.

The first communications (which had five variations) were successfully drafted, reviewed, approved, designed, printed and mailed to more than 15,000 participants within a three week timeframe.
